Our Procedures for services:
If you are not seriously seeking assistance, please respect our time management as we are dedicated to giving and producing professional service to our customers.
Our policy is to allow every customer a free 15-minute consultation to ensure if our services are needed. If you decide to proceed, we will discuss the cost for services and direct you to begin one of our forms of payments. All future communications by any method are subject to a fee if you acquire more information outside of our agreed upon cost.
FEES FOR SERVICE: Our prices will be flat or hourly. Hourly rates are used depending on the complexity and time requirements of the assignment. Flat rates are for simple document preparation. We will always quote you before work is started. Emergency / Rush Assignments after hours or weekends will have an additional 15% to standard fee. We do some indigent & Pro Bono.
Method of Payments: We will provide an email link with invoice to pay directly. Prefer CASH, Certified Checks, or Money Orders. Credit Cards are acceptable on service totals $5 and above with understanding client/customer pays the additional convenience fee. We also have Square, Wave for credit card payment service. You can also deposit directly into the Bank.
IMPORTANT SERVICE INFORMATION: Execution Time: We strive to complete minor task within 3 to 5 days, complex task 7 days to 2 - 4 weeks after payment. This excludes time sensitive task that must be completed…your documents will be completed by the deadline. Keep in mind these time frames are also based on you the customer returning and/or provide the necessary factual information to complete the request.
Changes/Corrections: We offer a draft copy of the services when possible and it is your sole responsibility to review the document(s) and report any corrections. At this point, we will make the changes that you address and any other minor revisions that you desire at NO CHARGE. Once you have approved the draft for final processing, we will only make changes, etc. for an additional fee. In addition, this site, the site owners, or legal document preparers working through this site shall NOT be held responsible for any mistake, error, or omission in preparing these documents.
Payments/ Refunds: We will provide an Invoice; All payments are due in advance through any form of our payment services offered. Please DO NOT MAIL CASH. The funds will be held in our account until the services are complete except for funds that go toward fees to process the request, etc. We will not start processing your documents until form of payment has cleared. We will reserve the option to delay the release of your documents until full payment is satisfied.
Refunds are not offered. We ask that you know that you want to use our services prior to using. If for some reason we refund your fee it is at our sole discretion and a portion will be retained for administration services already rendered throughout the initial process. We typically will not offer refund because we are document preparers, and the work/services are in process once we accept initial payment and start gathering documents. If a refund is granted it is not reflecting an admittance of errors in the services provided. It is simply a courtesy allowing us to neutralize a possible dispute.
